Mom bought a knitting book, even though she doesn't knit, because she saw a pattern in it for a hat she really wanted. I wonder how long she's had this book in hopes of getting a hat out of me. Recently, my Mom got diagnosed with breast cancer and has been going through the treatments. The kids and I moved in for 4 months to help take care of Mom and her home. That's when she showed me the pattern. Of course I would make it for her. She knew I would.

I made the knit flower detachable so that she could mix and match with some fabric flowers we bought for her.

That hat is GORGEOUS!!!!! Love the color, the knit, everything about it. It looks so cute on her. How much do you charge? Seriously. I love it!
